Coaching
The core of Empower Sports is coaching. All of our coaches are volunteers. Coaches have a massive impact on players, even beyond the soccer field.
All coaches are required to have background checks and go through mandatory pre-season training - which includes one in-person session. Empower Sports will provide training and practice curriculum.
